Alamanda is a smoldering, shrubby vine.
It has four whorled leaves, oblong or
ovate, acuminate and glabrous. The flowers are yellow,
fasciculate, axillary and campanulate. the symmetry
of its fl or is actinomorphic; is cyclic, dialysepal,
gamopetal and dichlamyd; its stigma is branched;
its stamens are free, having rhyming dehiscence,
isostemon and epipetal.
